1 in stock
This classic Hungarian definitive stamp features the Crown of St. Stephen, an enduring symbol of the Kingdom of Hungary. Printed in vivid carmine-red, it shows the Holy Crown surrounded by ornate foliage and surmounted by a flying dove, representing divine protection. The denomination “10 FILLÉR” appears boldly below the design. Issued under the inscription MAGYAR KIR. POSTA (“Hungarian Royal Post”), this type was in use during the early 20th century, a period of national pride within the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The design is part of Hungary’s widely collected “Turul and Crown” series.
