The design beautifully features a botanical illustration of flowering acacia-like blossoms and foliage, symbolizing life, renewal, and humanitarian aid. A bold red crescent emblem appears in the lower left, representing the Red Crescent movement’s role in providing medical and relief services. Inscribed with Postes Afghanes and Poste Aérienne, the stamp carried a value of 100 Pul (Ps), and was part of a special set highlighting charity and public welfare themes.
