SCG2004 - 1938 French Guinea 15c Green – African Huts & Farmers
1 in stock
Issued under French colonial rule in 1938, this 15 centimes green stamp from Guinée (French Guinea) features a rural village scene with traditional huts and laborers working the land. It was part of the definitive series for Afrique Occidentale Française (French West Africa), showcasing local life and indigenous art motifs in the border design. Designed by H. L. Anzièche and engraved by J. Puyplat, this stamp is a fine example of colonial-era philatelic art. This particular piece is unused (mint, no gum visible).
